Established in 1986, we are a registered provider of social housing with a long-standing commitment to providing quality homes and inclusive services, supporting our vision of creating a better future.

Today, we continue our mission of creating opportunities and changing lives, positively promoting cultural tolerance and cohesion across our diverse communities, which are made up of 58% Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic customers

With over 500 homes across the Liverpool City Region, we prioritise innovation and customer satisfaction, consistently ranking as a top performer in the sector and achieving a 90% customer satisfaction rate*.

Since 2018, we have increased our affordable housing stock by 13%, with the development of 72 new homes, which is set to continue in the coming years.

With a dedicated team including multilingual Housing Officers, we actively contribute to regeneration across the Liverpool City Region and the celebration of Chinese culture.
