About us
We were established in 1986 as a registered social landlord, with a mission to provide quality homes and inclusive housing services for those in need.
Today, we continue this mission of creating opportunities and changing lives with over 500 homes across the Liverpool City Region. We have a commitment to positively promote cultural tolerance and cohesion across our diverse communities which are made up of 56% Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) customers.
Innovation is at our core, and we never stand still, which has helped us become a top performer in our sector. 13 local housing associations contribute towards benchmarking data and in 2021/22, PCHA were named number one for customer satisfaction, with 99% of our customers saying they were satisfied with our overall services.
Thanks to our multilingual Housing Assistant’s, who speak several languages, we can effectively communicate with our customers who do not have strong English skills to help signpost them to support services.
With a small team of just seven employees, we have a track record of contributing to regeneration across the LCR. Since 2018 we have increased our affordable housing stock by 10%, including 49 new homes over the last couple of years.
