As one of the Liverpool City Region’s top Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) housing associations, our diverse communities are made up of 56% BAME customers.

We ensure equality, diversity and inclusion are a key focus in everything we do and we positively promote cultural tolerance and cohesion with a commitment to:
- Challenging social, economic and cultural barriers
- Providing multilingual services which will enable speakers of other languages to access the full range of services and facilities generally available to the wider community
- Positively promote cultural tolerance and cohesion to eliminate discrimination
- Ensure that all staff are trained on the importance of EDI and are well equipped to deal with our customers’ individual needs
