Emergency repairs can include problems with pipes, leaks and electrical faults. We promise to make emergency repairs within 24 hours.
If you experience any issues resulting in a loss of heating in your home, please contact us and we can arrange for a temporary heating solution to be provided to you.

An example of non-emergency repairs can include broken door handles and door sticking. We will aim to complete non-emergency repairs within 10 working days and customers will be offered a specific morning or afternoon appointment. Need to report a non-emergency repair?
