Here are some highlights from 2023/24:
- Significant social value contributions: We generated a remarkable £6.7 million in social value, offering a substantial return on investment. For every £1 spent, we achieved a social return of £9.12, highlighting our efficient and impactful use of resources.
- Enhanced financial wellbeing: Our focused initiatives have helped 27 customers sustain their tenancies by achieving a clear rent account, aiding them through financial advice and direct support during challenging times.

Community engagement and support: Over the year, we supported various projects, including cultural celebrations and practical support services, which not only foster community spirit but also assist our customers in their daily lives. Significant activities included 38 customers actively involved in the Chung Hok House Residents Association and distributing £10,000 through our Community Development Fund to support local projects.
- Training and development: Our commitment to professional development remained strong with 750 colleagues completing over 15,522 training courses. We also established new apprenticeships, enhancing career opportunities and supporting the local workforce.
