Our Priority: Energy-Efficient and Affordable Homes

Ensuring that our homes are energy-efficient, cost-effective to maintain, and contribute to reducing carbon emissions stands at the forefront of our strategy. Pine Court Housing Association (PCHA) is committed to providing housing solutions that not only meet but exceed these sustainability goals.

Our Approach: Fabric First

We adopt a ‘fabric first’ strategy, prioritizing the optimization of the building materials and components themselves to enhance overall energy performance. This approach forms the basis of our sustainability practices before we integrate advanced renewable energy technologies like solar panels or air source heat pumps.

Looking Forward: 2024-2029

Over the next five years, we will focus predominantly on this fabric-first methodology, while also preparing to incorporate cutting-edge, feasible technologies that support our environmental objectives.

This week serves as a reminder of the role we all play in creating safer, more inclusive communities. By elevating awareness, supporting victims, and promoting proactive engagement, we continue to strengthen our society.

We Value Your Input

As we continue to refine our sustainability strategies, your feedback is crucial. We want to understand your priorities and what changes would significantly enhance energy efficiency in your home.
