Step 1 of 6
I have applied to Pine Court Housing Association Ltd of 1 Nelson Street L1 5DW for housing. I understand that in the best interests of myself as an applicant of Pine Court’s existing tenants and that of the Association itself and investigation will be made in to the background of all those included in my application and the services we receive. Information that may be sought could include:
Information from previous landlord’s into how I or any person included in my application conducted a tenancy. Whether any money owed, whether they received complaints about behaviour of the tenant concerned or their visitors and whether they had need to serve any legal notices regarding any matter concerned with the tenancy
I give my consent for Pine Court Housing Association to approach the agencies mentioned above and any other they may see fit to contact in order to assess my housing application, whether or not the information is currently protected by the Data Protection Act or is viewed as confidential by the agency holding the information.
